福建仙游震群的应力场和发震机制研究

Study on Stress Field and Seismogenic Mechanism of the Xianyou Earthquake Swarm in Fujian

  • 摘要: 2010年8月-2014年12月31日福建仙游地区发生了一个SE-NW向的震群活动,目前震源机制结果和当地构造应力场表现明显不一致。为确认和分析这种现象,本研究首先利用双差定位法得到更加精确的结果,然后采用P波初动的方法求解出158个震源机制解,震源机制解的P轴和T轴的统计优势分布与前人求解的该区的NNE向挤压和SSW拉张的应力场方向存在显著不同。为了进一步研究沿断层走向的应力场的变化,本研究利用得到的震源机制解分区域和分深度求解应力场,发现接近金钟水库的东南部应力方向更远离构造应力的方向,并且R值小于0.5,中间轴表现为拉张应力,表现为水库蓄水的影响;随着深度的增加,应力场的方向也更为靠近构造应力场的方向。该结果表明了金钟水库的蓄水使得应力场偏离原来的构造应力场方向。但仅凭金钟水库的作用还不能使应力场的方向发生观测到的应力偏转,为揭示该处的应力方向的偏转,本文提出由于太平洋板块在深部的低角度俯冲挤压导致浅部张开,呈现了一定的东西向拉张。在这两者作用下,呈现了与背景构造应力差别较大的应力状态。

     

    Abstract: From August 2010 to December 31, 2014, a SE-NW-trending earthquake swarm occurred in the Xianyou area of Fujian Province. The current focal mechanism results are obviously inconsistent with the local tectonic stress field. In order to confirm and analyze this phenomenon, more accurate event locations are obtained by using double-difference locating method, and then by using the P-wave initial motion data, the 158 focal mechanism solutions are solved. The dominant P and T axis of the solved focal mechanisms show significantly different from the NEE compressional axis and SSW extensional axis of the previously determined tectonic stress field. In order to further study the change of the stress field along the fault strike, we divided the obtained focal mechanism into different regions and depths, and estimated the stress field respectively. It is found that the stress direction in the southeast of Jinzhong Reservoir is further away from the direction of the background stress field, and the R value is less than 0.5, meaning the middle axis expression of tensile stress, which indicating the effect of the reservoir. The estimated stress fields along the depth show that the direction of the stress field is closer to the direction of the tectonic stress field as the depth increases. This result shows that the impoundment of Jinzhong Reservoir makes the stress field deviate from the original tectonic stress field. However, the direction of the stress field cannot be changed only by the action of the reservoir. In order to reveal the deflection of the stress direction, we propose that the shallow part presents EW extension component due to the low-angle subduction and extrusion of the Pacific plate in the deep part. Under the action of the two factors, it presents a stress state that is quite different from the background tectonic stress.
