用双扭方法研究岩石的断裂韧性

DETERMINATION OF FRACTURE TOUGHNESS OF GABBRO BY DOUBLE TORSIONAL METHOD

  • 摘要: 本实验用双扭技术测量了济南辉长岩的断裂韧性.在干、湿及垂直向位移恒定的条件下,用双扭松弛方法测定裂纹的扩展速度 V.得到了与 Atkinson 1类似的结果.济南辉长岩的断裂韧性为:KIC=2.810.03MNm-3/2.本文提出了 Spetzler2 和 Atkinson 关于在湿条件下亚临界裂纹扩展机制的不同看法.由声发射的实验结果看出,声发射率与应力强度因子的关系呈现了与 K1——V 曲线类似的趋势.

     

    Abstract: The stress intensity of Jinan gabbro was measured by using the double torsional method. The crack velocities V were also observed from the load relaxation at constant crosshed displacement under dry and wet conditions. The results obtained are similar to that of Atkinson's.The fracture toughness of gabbro was found to be 2.81 0.03 MNm-3/2 A view different from that of Spetzler and Atkinson on the mechanism of the subcritical crack growth under wet condition has been proposed.The relation between acoustic emission rate and the stress intensity is nearly the same as those of V vs K1 from results of acoustic emission experiment.
